Exceptional service from Pherla at the front desk made my long stay feel like home. The breakfast buffet impressed with diverse options, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a good workout after exploring Lima.

The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety, including fresh tropical fruits and delicious made-to-order waffles, setting a delightful start to each day.

The only downside was the limited elevator service, as one of the two elevators was out of order during my stay, leading to longer wait times during peak hours.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to Kennedy Park and various shops, making it easy to explore Miraflores. The staff's friendliness really stood out, especially how they engaged with guests during breakfast. However, the breakfast hours could be improved for early risers.

The taxi service used for airport transportation was subpar, with the driver displaying poor customer service and untruths about routes and costs.

Only one of the two elevators operational during my stay!!! Multiple floors meant frustrating waits to reach my room, especially during rush hours. A touch more variety in the gym equipment wouldn’t hurt either!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Larcomar Mall. We enjoyed our time, especially using the fitness center, which was equipped with everything needed for a solid workout after long days out. The kids loved exploring the area!

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

the courtyard is in a safe area of miraflores, just a short walk to the ocean. the staff were super friendly, and gerardo especially stood out for his attentiveness. the modern fitness center was a nice touch for workouts anytime.

The location is wonderful. just a short stroll to vibrant local markets and parks. The staff made our stay special, with excellent service at breakfast. loved the made-to-order eggs. Rooms were spotless and well-equipped.

The only thing that could improve is the breakfast hours, as they could start earlier for those planning day trips.

I stayed for 11 nights in a City View Room with two double beds. The bed and pillows were super comfy, really helped me sleep well after long days. The AC was awesome, kept the room nice and cold just how I like it. The room itself was modern and clean, with great water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the furniture style and the overall vibe–definitely felt welcoming!
